Customer-Submitted Designs

Originality and Rights:

• When you submit designs to Lee's Treasure Chest for custom apparel printing, you affirm that you own the rights to these designs or have obtained the necessary permissions from the copyright holders.
• You retain all rights to your designs. By submitting them to Lee's Treasure Chest, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

 

Third-Party Copyrights:

 

Lee's Treasure Chest respects the intellectual property rights of others. We do not knowingly print designs that infringe upon third-party copyrights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please notify us immediately.

 

All items are custom manufactured to specifications provided. We hold no license rights and can accept no liability for copyright or trademark infringement on designs submitted to us by you and manufactured by you. By submitting a design of a copyrighted or trademarked item to us, you warrant that you have been authorized by the copyright or trademark owner or its agents or representatives, to have that design manufactured by us on your behalf. If you have the right to printing a copyrighted image, please email or fax a copy of it to us for us to have on file.
