Typically about a week for smaller runs. Two weeks  or longer on larger runs.
What's the advantage of screen printing?
Screen printing offers durable and vibrant prints with excellent color saturation. It's ideal for large quantities and long-lasting graphics.
What's the ideal resolution for screen printing artwork?
Artwork should be at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) to ensure high-quality results. Higher resolution can provide better detail.
How does screen printing differ from other printing methods like DTG and sublimation?
Screen printing involves pushing ink through a stencil, making it more suitable for high-volume orders and simple to complex designs. Direct to Garment (DTG) and sublimation are better for lower quantities and detailed, full-color images.
Can I print on dark-colored fabrics with screen printing?
Yes, screen printing can be used on dark-colored fabrics. Special inks, including opaque white ink, are used as a base layer to ensure the colors appear vivid on dark backgrounds.
What's the setup process for screen printing?
Setting up for screen printing involves creating screens for each color in the design, ensuring precise registration for multicolor prints. The screens are prepared with a light-sensitive emulsion and exposed with the design.
