At Lee's Treasure Chest, we are committed to delivering your custom apparel quickly and reliably. We offer shipping within the United States only, using trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your orders arrive on time and in excellent condition.

Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design and quantity.
  • Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options depending on your location and delivery needs:

  • USPS: Standard and Priority Mail for smaller packages or PO Boxes.
  • FedEx: Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight shipping for fast, reliable delivery.
  • UPS: Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air for business and residential deliveries.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. These rates will be displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (USPS, FedEx, UPS Ground): 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping (FedEx 2-Day, UPS 2nd Day Air): 2-3 business days after processing.
  • Overnight Shipping (FedEx Overnight, UPS Next Day Air): 1 business day after processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays can occasionally occur. If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact our customer service team at support@leestreasurechest.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.
