Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are only provided on orders that have been found to be defective by Lee's Treasure Chest. Personalized goods are generally not accompanied by guarantees as they are made to order according to customer specifications. We deliver high-quality products - products that look just like the mockups we provide and do so on time.

 

If the custom products you receive differ materially from what you created at leestreasurchest.com, if the goods are otherwise flawed, or if your order arrives later than promised, then you may return the custom goods for a full refund, within 15 days of receiving your custom order. All we ask is that you notify us before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.

 

We are not responsible for any product that has been improperly applied. Please inspect your order once you receive it.
